The Management Consulting Company, Vienna Partners, was founded in 2002 by
Sonja Rauschütz, who - as the first European - has been working side-by side with Prof. Roger Fisher at the Harvard Negotiation Project for several years. She has significant experience in teaching and expertise in applying the methods of interest-based negotiation, also called the Harvard Concept.
Embedded in an international network, Vienna Partners focuses geographically on
German-speaking countries, Central - and Southeastern Europe as well as
the Middle East.
The goal is to
strengthen the skills of leaders and their teams in negotiations, for cross-cultural or new cooperation and for managing change processes. Good negotiation, value-creating cooperation and dealing with conflict constructively require not only talent but skills that – to a larger extent – can be learned and improved systematically.
The
services offered include
consulting, training and coaching in the areas of:
- International Negotiations
- Business Mediation
- Process Facilitation
- Organizational Change
- Management Development
Our methods represent a mix of over 15 years of
international experience in the private and public sector as well as working with NGOs and of
latest management techniques such as those developed at Academic Institutions like the
Harvard Negotiation Project. The implementation includes techniques of Interest-based Negotiation, also called the
Harvard Concept, and tools of
Tri-Energetics and others supporting sustainable and lasting change.
Academic
teachings and lectures at renowned institutions as well as
international research projects in cooperation with innovative partners in Europe, Asia, the USA and Latin America, encourage the ongoing
professional exchange between
theoretic findings, our practice and our clients.
